providing maritime force with pioneering High-Speed Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV) target boat.
The Ukraine-Russia war proves that kamikaze USVs are rewriting the rules of naval combat. These kamikaze USVs, often laden with powerful explosives, can be remotely controlled or programmed to strike their targets autonomously, a tactic prominently displayed at Sevastopol Naval Base and Kerch Bridge.
TargetBoat makes USVs meant to help Navies test their counter USV strategies.

Understand the tactical usv threat
They are cheap to build, hard to detect, and they attack in numbers.
In August 2023, at the Russian-Ukrainian war, Ukrainian utilizing Usv drone technology struck Russia’s naval base in Novorossiysk—nearly 600 km from Odesa—inflicting damage while avoiding personnel casualties. Ukraine has since expanded the tactical role of USVs, modifying them to carry missile systems and heat-seeking weapons, including the successful downing of Russian Mi-8 helicopters over the Black Sea. On multiple occasions, kamikaze USVs have hit high-value Russian targets such as the Pantsir-S1 air defense systems, costing up to $20 million each. With increasing paranoia over sea drone attacks, Russia has been forced to bolster defenses around critical assets like the Kerch Bridge. Currently tactical usv threat and usv defense technology is developing at a rapid rate.
